II. The Morning of the Olympic Games

A. All the management, teachers and other staff must be ready
at the venue at 8:00 in the morning and make sure that

everything is ready.

B. The registration desk will be prepared near the entrance of

the room immediately and at 9:00 the registration team will
start accepting students’ registrations and giving each

student the t-shirt and name tag.

C. The seating arrangement team will help the parents and

students take seats in the room.

D. Suggested seating
arrangement

1. Parents and audience

will be seated on the
two sides and at the

back.

2. Students will be seated

facing the screen in the
middle with a

reasonable distance

from the audience.

3. Teachers will be

circulating around the
students.

E. At 10:00, the presenter will get on the stage and announce

the beginning of the Olympics probably inviting all the
audience for national anthem or a similar ritual. Afterwards,

the presenter will invite the head of the organizing
committee to the stage for the opening speech.

F. 10:15 – 11:00 Administering written exams;
