Menar Olympic Games Organization Guidelines

Olympic Competition activities must be planned very carefully.

The event must be completed in one day, starting at 9:00 in the
morning and finishing by 4:00 in the afternoon.

Basic Guidelines

1. Timetable of the activities;
09:00 Registration

10:00 Opening
10:15 Written exam competition

11:00 Anzan Shows
12:00 Anzan Competition

13:00 Anzan Grand Finals

14:00 Award Ceremony and Closing

2. Students must be categorized and subcategorized as follows;

 First year students who completed 96 hours of training is
group 1 (First Graders).

 Second year students who completed 192 hours of training is

group 2 (Second Graders).

3. If there are about 80-100 students from each group, you can
divide each group into 3 age groups as follows;

 4-6 year-old-students: Group 1A

 7-8 year-old-students: Group 1B

 9+ year-old-students : Group 1C

4. If you have 40-50 students in each group, you can divide
them into 2 age groups;

 4-8 year-old-students: Group 1A

 9+ year-old-students : Group 1B
