4. System Implementation
A. Program
1. Menar syllabus consists of 10 stages, each of which takes 24 hours to
complete.
2. The maximum number of students to be enrolled in one class is 15.
3. Each class has 3 contact hours per week. Thus it takes 8 weeks to
complete one stage.
4. Preschoolers have one preparatory stage of 24 hours before they start
the main program.
5. The weekly three contact hours are usually held consecutively on the
same day. However, it is possible to divide them on two separate days as
2+ 1 or 1.5 + 1.5.
6. Four stages are covered in a school year of 8 months.
7. Students are initially registered for the first four stages, which means
32 weeks or 96 contact hours.
8. Students who finish the first four stages continue the program with
stage 5 the next semester.
9. New classes can be opened year round.
10. Classes that begin in September, October and November complete 4
stages (96 hours) by May, June and July respectively.
11. New classes that begin in December and January can be registered for
3 stages (72 hours), or weekly contact hours can be increased to 4, so
that they can cover 4 stages by summer holidays.
12. In February, March or April, new classes can be opened for 2 stages
(48 hours).
13. In May, June or July, new classes can be opened for intensive summer
courses where weekly contact hours can be 6, 8 or 10 and stages to be
covered can be decided according to the time span before the new
school year start up.
