2. A short break can be given here if time is needed for the
proper listing of the written exam scores and determining
the winners in each category and the two champions (first
graders and the second graders ) with the highest scores
from the written exam.
3. When all the lists of winners are ready, the audience are
called back to the room and the winners are invited by the
speaker to the stage to receive their rewards from the
hands of the head and the members of the organizing
committee. Award giving is better to start with the third
place, and continue with second place and first place.
4. The names of all the third place winners are announced
and they are invited to the stage all together.
5. The names of the second place winners of first graders
are announced and invited to the stage. Then the second
place winners of the second graders are announced and
invited to the stage to receive their awards.
6. The first place winners are announced and invited to the
stage one by one and are presented their awards with a
greater praise.
7. Finally, the four champions of champions are announced
with big applause and they are presented with their
awards with the greatest praise and applause.
8. As the last step of the award ceremony, the remaining
students are all (or in groups of 15-20) invited to the
stage to receive their medals, or certificates.
D. Closing
Either the presenter makes the closing of the games by
bidding good wishes to all the participants and audience, or
he or she can invite the head of the organizing committee for
a goodbye speech with the hope that this day will always
remain as a lovely memory in all the students’ minds.
